We specialize in high-precision Aluminum #360, #380 or Zamac Zinc #3 die-casting products that can differ in weight from .01lbs to 12lbs.
Our process starts with the selection of materials that are best suited for the product and exhibit the desired properties for its application. Once the alloy and its properties are decided upon, the process moves on to our high pressure die casting equipment. Our Aluminum and Zinc die casting machines have capacities that range from 200 to 700 tons of clamped pressure.
